Here at Image Furnishings we take your privacy seriously and are committed to ensuring that your data is fully protected. We will only use the information you provide to us to administer your account and provide the products and services you have requested from us. This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process your data. This policy may be updated from time to time and we shall indicate on our website when this happens.

The Information we collect:

Information is collected when you open an account and request the services of Image Furnishings Ltd, Image Expo Events Ltd, and in some cases McNulty Furniture Ltd, for whom we represent as agents.  This information is collected by either filling in the online form on our website or by manually filling in a Customer Account Form. The required information takes the form of, but is not limited to, names, job titles, email addresses, mailing/dispatch addresses and phone/fax numbers.

Why we collect this information:

This information is necessary in order for us to provide you with the products and services you require from us. From time to time we would like to contact you with details of other offers and services we provide, such as Promotional Offers and Trade Shows.

  2. We use cookies to enhance your interaction and convenience with our website and do not use cookies to record any personal information.

  • Sending out product information, such as stock sheets, brochures etc.

Information may be shared among our group of companies. However, no information will be shared for marketing, or any other purpose, outside of this group.

Image Furnishings Ltd and Image Expo Events Ltd will retain your information in accordance with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1988 and 2003. The data you provide to us will only be retained for as long as is required by law, for the purpose for which it was collected.

Your Access to and Control over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can also do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We will not pass this information to parties outside our organisation, other than as a necessary to fulfil your request.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is kept secure. We only have access to information that you voluntarily provide to us via email or other direct contact from you.

Our email and any data we may hold about you is stored securely on servers built, maintained, supported, controlled and owned by our IT Service Provider, in Dublin datacentres. There is 448-bit encryption on all data held for us, which is 2.1 times stronger than the industry standard.

Our IT Service Providers are also fully registered with the data protection commissioner.

We also protect your information offline. Only employees who require the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to your information.
